• ToughWeave – 210D Single-Sided Heavy-Duty Polyester - Built for improved outdoor durability. Thicker and more resistant to wind and weather.
• ToughWeave Pro – 300D Premium Single-Sided Heavy-Duty Polyester - Enhanced stitching and reinforcement for longer outdoor lifespan compared to standard ToughWeave.
• Double ToughWeave – 210D Double-Sided Embroidered Polyester - Heavy-duty construction with two full layers and embroidered artwork visible on both sides. Designed for strong winds and long-term use.
Heaviest & Most Durable Option
• StormFlyer – 220 GSM Spun Polyester - Our strongest and heaviest material. Woven like cotton but significantly more durable. This is ideal for high-wind areas and extended outdoor display.
Don't worry! Your flag is not defective, you just received a flagpole kit with a USA flag that has a pole sleeve instead of grommets! Here is the instructions

Use cold water and a mild detergent. Hand washing is preferred, but a gentle machine cycle works for most printed polyester flags.

Shipping & Delivery
At G128, we strive to provide prompt service by shipping orders the same day or the next day they are placed. Most orders are processed and dispatched by 4:00 PM CST.We typically ship small orders via USPS and larger orders through UPS or FedEx. All orders are fulfilled from our Illinois warehouse. Delivery times may vary based on your location, but most orders arrive within 5–7 business days, with shorter transit times for nearby regions.
Yes! We do at our check out but customers that wish to have items expediated will need to cover the shipping expense themselves
Unfortunately, we do not.
After purchase an email confirmation should be sent to your email address. Once we create a shipping label for your order you should receive another email confirmation with a tracking number
In some cases, a package may be marked as “delivered” by the carrier but arrive a few days later. If you’re able to wait a couple of days, the package will likely be delivered shortly. If you still haven’t received it after that time, please contact us at info@g128store.com with your order number.
We can provide a replacement or a refund. If the original package eventually arrives, please refuse the delivery so it can be returned to us.

We currently do not cover return shipping fees for standard returns, as we already provide free outbound shipping on all orders. However, if you received the wrong item or a defective product, we will gladly cover the return shipping cost to make it right.
